It was worth the wait. The appointment with the new doctor went great, and the toxic doc is blocked from contact and transferring my records.

Good fucking riddance!

They have continued to call and get me to come in, despite the failed attempts at finding an appointment that would work for me. It’s gotten to the point where they have started sending me harassing messages about dropping me as a patient, and no longer filling my meds, at no fault of my own.

It shouldn't be this hard to book an appointment, but anyone who works the typical Monday through Friday 9–5 schedule is unable to do so due to their limited availability and hours.

At this point, I had given up, and scheduled myself with a new doctor.

Every month, I work one Saturday, so Thursday is my day off; however, the office is closed on Thursdays.
Going to lunch is not an option because they close for two hours for lunch, which is also when my mine is.
The one Saturday in January that the doctor approved is the same one that I work. 🤷‍♀️

In July, I got a call from the office requesting that I schedule a physical. They couldn't accommodate me; none of the appointments could be coordinated to fit my work schedule.

24 hours and about $300 later, I had the *generic* drops. The pharmacist applied discounts in addition to GoodRx because she felt sorry for me due to the doctors' being incompetent and useless.

Later, I receive a call from the pharmacist. In addition to costing $1300, my insurance did not cover the ear drops. The pharmacist found it difficult to contact the office; they lacked empathy, were unhelpful, and gave the impression that we were bothering and inconveniencing *them*.
October 23, 2025 at 7:18 AM
I had to wait until the following day because the pharmacist had to get the ear drops they prescribed me from another pharmacy since they were out of stock.
October 23, 2025 at 7:18 AM
I went to the pharmacy after the appointment, and was informed that nothing had been called in. Called back, placed on hold, hung up on, and no apology for *forgetting* to send the prescription.

I called again a few days later after my ear canal swelled shut, obstructed my hearing, and I was in excruciating pain. They finally squeezed me in, but treated me like a burden. After nearly 30 minutes, I had to leave the room to grab their attention, because they *forgot about me*.
October 23, 2025 at 7:18 AM
I had an ear infection earlier this year. They gave me the rundown and essentially told me that they couldn't accommodate me and that I should go to urgent care, made no attempt to squeeze me in.

I had a sour taste in my mouth after the first visit. The vibes were off, awful bedside manner, felt condescending, didn’t seem to have any empathy or desire to listen to me. Gave them another try, seen a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor. Not much better. Overall toxic environment.

My former PCP was about 10 to 15 minutes away from my house, and I could literally walk there from work, which was a big plus.

The 2 star rating on Google speaks volumes. Given that most of the reviews are awful, two stars is a little too generous.

To me, the commute was pretty far. Since there are doctors much closer to me, it’s really not ideal to travel more than 30 minutes to see a doctor, especially when you’re sick.

I decided to give them a try since he raved about how great they were. This is the first time I’m going to have to disagree with my former (retired) PCP. Without a doubt, he deceived and did his patients dirty.
