To be in deep despair and also not wanna burden the people who love you just adds to the mindf!ckery happening. Many cannot possibly imagine knowing you need real, deep, time consuming, mentally draining help and feeling great guilt and anger within for needing anything.

EVERY TIME I hear a black woman say something about being humble I say “you gotta stop that.”
There are enough people in the world who will try to humble you, they don’t need your help.

Someone said “conformity vs authenticity” and it made me think about how many of us are doing what we’re supposed to be doing but not actually being who we NEED to be? How many of us are dying, sometimes unknowingly and slowly, because we sustaining, fueling, protecting “conformity?”
