Nope. I go to the grocery store every week to buy my groceries. Been doing it for decades. Just goes to show you how out of touch he is.

On CNN, I posted the link. Thank you for letting me know about the grand jury. There should obviously be a high bar to arrest judges, I just didn't understand why a warrant for arrest wasn't enough to detain someone who had already been deported and snuck back in.

Thank you for explaining. I've been asking why it was OK to ignore a subpoena and no one would answer me. Based on what CNN is reporting I was confused by why she wouldn't turn him over. I'm still a little confused to be honest. He was already deported once. www.cnn.com/2025/04/25/p...

If ICE had a warrant as is being reported by CNN, wouldn't it be obstruction if the judge let him sneak out a side door? This doesn't seem to be a case of someone seeking asylum. Can I ask a serious question without being attacked? It appears that this person was actually here illegally and had already been deported once (under Obama). He snuck back into the country and got arrested for committing a crime. ICE got an administrative warrant and showed up to arrest him.

Right? These are both serious issues. And since when is it a trap to defend the concept of due process? If people get a fair trial and it is decided that they need to be deported, fine. Deport them. But without due process we are all at risk.
