Who cut the vast majority of funding out of local government between 2010 and 2015? Tories sure, but it was a Clegg Cameron government crime - and yet Lib Dems still bizarrely claim to defend local govt. They need to apologise to everyone and promise never again.

Hastings is one of the most deprived areas on the south coast.
