My quest for a good multi-seeded bread recipe continues. This is a sourdough seeded bread adapted from a sourdough rye recipe. I left out the caraway seeds and added sesame, poppy and sunflower seeds and swapped out the honey for molasses. 🍽️ 🤞

I tried a new recipe for sourdough discard bread and it came out looking like a creation from Frankenstein’s laboratory. I’m pretty sure I know why, but it’s still creepy looking.
