Ugh…so glad I landed a job earlier this year after 7 months of unemployment…I don’t know how I would have navigated today’s job market and feel badly for those who are currently looking, especially those federal workers fired by this administration 🤬

I read this in college in a little over a week because I was obsessively reading it - in the dining hall, between classes, late into the nights. I will also admit part of my motivation was having watched the BBC adaptation and having a crush on Rufus Sewell, playing Will Ladislaw 🥰

And still he and his ilk blame Biden which is so typical. But just imagine if Biden hadn’t fixed what the orange guy messed up (vast understatement) in his first term.

This is why Democrats can’t find consensus in a time when we need it most. Our fractured, infighting prevents us from uniting properly against the pro-Russia, anti-democracy GOP that’s always in lockstep. And not that we need to be lockstep but we have to prioritize better 💙
