I did that last year. I just bought a new box for some holiday cooking. We’ll see how it goes!

This is a chart I use. I temp the dough and then let it bulk ferment for the time suggested. Then shaping and in bannetons to cold ferment.

She is pretty. My husband and I had two Elkhounds. Silverbell and Tasha. Silverbell was my first kid before I had human children. He was our camping / hiking buddy. Went all over New Mexico and Colorado with him. I miss them. They were the best.
