They had 644 employees last year. Even if you divided the seemingly large 'salaries and benefits' category of $107 million by this, each person would make $166k, which isn't a gross salary, I'd say? And 644 employees seems really efficient for an org at this size; I'm honestly shocked by this.

But if 77.5% of its expenditures is Programs and that covers physical infrastructure and technical support and programmatic roles, then not all of it goes to CEO pay, thankfully. Thinking I feel ok about this, but thanks for spurring my drive to verify.

It looks like they voted to maintain a certain goal of cash reserves, which might be a reason why they like the fundraise so hard.

One of the biggest industries in the US is scrambling to pay a relative few employees enough to eat through only 2 months of time. Meanwhile, 1 man alone sits on a hoard of wealth that amounts to 1/40th the US debt.
