Condescending. Thanks, tho. Since you are so smart, let me ask you: How does the Fed Gov plan to enforce the law? The army? No. Fines. An EO could simply say, we’re not collecting the fines. Thus no enforcement.

Why? The Executive is in charge of enforcement of laws. Laws are only as important as the threat of enforcement. An EO could easily just say, we’re not enforcing, carry on.
