Somewhat “forthright and on occasion abrasive” (I’m choosing my words very carefully 😊) but when you read that his father user to throw him across stages and into walls from the age of two as part of a vaudeville act you can cut him a little more slack than you might otherwise🥺

It’s a dogs bowl, a sink drain and the handle from a kitchen cabinet but it plays ok and is quiet enough that I can write songs on it when sensible folks are asleep #songwriting #guitar

Dont disagree but its worth recognising that the fact that The Beatles did not represent any existing American “tribe” they were able to be adopted by more kids paving the way (for better or worse) for the Woodstock generation

Dont disagree but its worth recognising that the fact that The Beatles did not represent any existing American “tribe” they were able to be adopted by more kids paving the way (for better or worse) for the Woodstock generation

I was on holiday walking past a church in Cork when I saw a sign saying there was a stall inside manned by legendary music photographer Fin Costello A bloke at the door noting my interest told me that Costello was a really lovely man and that he had some great stories to tell
