It took seeing adult bullies to understand that my childhood bullies didn’t even really want to hurt me, they just wanted to feel powerful and how I felt about it wasn’t even in the equation.

Progress notes have become the bane of my existence. Documenting to protect people takes so much brain power but I can’t trust that the government won’t look through notes to identify people in the future. I can’t get over how insane that sounds but right now all the changes are insane.
