its so funny to me like what was the upside. they decided "this thing thats literally industry standard? yeah its cooked now" and got yelled at into backtracking. what did they think would happen

envy/jealous is like my least favorite feeling in the world and i hate how much it impacts me. I love my peers, I love seeing them flourish, like genuinely. so it hurts more when I feel this sense of not being good enough to belong in their spaces.

terrible mindset to have btw, i know, but it plagues me like ough why can't i be That Cool and Exciting to receive stuff from. I don't even inherently need to be cool overall but in that moment its like man was my attempt really that mid by comparison, feels bad
