When you cast wasteland strangler with rest in peace and play, you still get the enter the battlefield trigger because you are technically attempting to pull something from exile and the game sees you do that so it gives you the trigger found that out couple years ago

Ive never been a fan of these but for once in my opinion, they hit the nail perfectly with these. Everything makes sense. W in the chat
