I’m just reading Mark Bray’s Antifa Handbook, a good (brief) history of anti-fascism. He has had to flee America due to death threats, as apparently advocating for anti-fascism is bad these days.
Well worth a read.

I read Milk & Honey many years ago and it broke my heart. I love the imagery she weaves through her work. Her book ‘healing through words’ is a phenomenal resource imo.
People love to hate esp if they can find a woman of colour to hate on…there’s so many shit white male poets! Lest we forget.

Nice vid, I find it fascinating that so many people fixate on the benefits 2 their health, knowing that there are proven healthy non-meat diets…whilst not considering ethics. I didn’t stop eating meat n dairy cos I wanted to be healthier, I just didn’t want 2 kill other animals so I can have dinner.
