Mostly a stealthy interest-follower lurking in the dark corners. She/her, low southwest Deep South, Irish and Cajun and Blue.
I've always detested MW, but it's uncommon here. Despite absolutely hating it, & even if I say 'eww Miracle Whip', it's the same as saying 'eww licorice' since I don't like licorice. Poor? Rich? What does that have to do with taste preference? We like, or don't, what we like- or don't.

I love my current car (sadly, it's white), but I will always miss my Crown Royal purple Saturn from >20 years ago. I loved that car too, but I will admit that it was the color that equaled 'yes, I am buying this one, this exact one, I shall accept no substitute' after I liked it on the test drive.

Alright...my birthday is more than halfway through October, so do I count the movie from that year (where I was 10 for just over 2 months) or the following year?
Well...it's either E.T. or it's Empire Strikes Back.
Not feeling too confident about 2026 either way.

Hah hah... hahahaha....HAH! November 26 this year. The day BEFORE Thanksgiving. No peace. NO PEACE! Haha...HAHAH*continues mad laughter*

I am 100% on the 'toilet paper goes over' side, but I will never argue with anyone who puts it on the 'wrong way' specifically to prevent this kind of thing. Fortunately, my kitties have never unrolled the rolls, so I don't have to 'wrong way' them myself. I would hate that.

I may have a list of things that felt 'wrong' or 'off' about DA Veilguard, but in the end the game was FUN, I enjoyed it very much, and I am very happy it exists. Thank you and your team for giving me more DA. :)

I've a scar dead center between my eyebrows. Terrible bike accident at 10ish, pre-'everyone wears a helmet' days, requiring >80 stitches (inside & out). I've lived with it >40 years now, and the only 'OMG THAT'S HORRIBLE' reactions are when I explain what it is/how I got it, if it's even noticed.

9! Not too bad for someone who's always resided in Louisiana, tho I'd love to check MANY more of those boxes. The closest I've been to Canada was on a (failed) attempt to see whales near San Juan Islands off Washington's coast, & at points we were likely in Canadian waters, but never touched land.

It is an incredibly weird sensation. I've always had allergy issues/stuffy sinuses, so I steeled myself & tried it, & it worked wonders. My husband was *incredibly* leery and skeptical, but after he tried it he was an instant convert. It flushes the sinuses clean, which is just amazing.

Oh, you have me excited now! I look forward to getting lost in this world. :)

Yes! If there's a panic moment and I have to brake fast, both feet will be seeking targets, and I will then panic even more because left foot has no target. And my right hand keeps wanting to shift. 'Flopping like a fish out of water' I call it, if there isn't a stick there to at least rest on.

Was buying a car in 2019. The local VW had ordered a bunch of 2019 Jettas. They received all manuals, which was not their intent, and couldn't sell them. I bought one SO CHEAP. Love that car. Every car I've owned since 1990 has been manual. I am so awkward driving automatics- they just feel wrong.

My addiction is leftover fried shrimp. I fry MANY extra specifically for those leftovers. You just have to plan ahead! 🤤

Gumbo is *always* better the next day! So, yes, definitely gumbo (along with those other Cajun dishes).
Also lasagna (spaghetti sauce dishes improve over time!).
But my personal absolute favorite next day leftover? Fried shrimp. Cold, right from the fridge. I fry extra to have those leftovers!

Really? Well, as I pronounce, and hear pronounced, the L in those words... my dialect must be even more different than I thought! Balk, chalk, talk, walk...and folk... yeah, the L is there, very much *NOT* emphasized, but still ever so slightly present.
Dialects are incredibly interesting :D

Hello :) You don't know me, but I cannot help but know you, sort of, in some way, due to your writing having so many effects on me over the years. Thank you for making life better for me, in so many tiny and yet immeasurable little ways. It's been a joy. May you find your own joy wherever you go :)

Also: I am of your generation (X REPRESENT!), but I've never said 'lol' or 'omg', either as a word or acronym. I DO laugh out loud and said 'oh my god' a LOT, though. Probably too much on the latter.
Is 'folks' w/o the 'l' an Aussie thing? I've lots of Kiwi friends, & haven't noticed it there.

As a SW Louisiana native, I say: I could move to the other side of the world, but why, WHY, would I ever remove such a perfectly useful conjunction from my vocabulary as 'y'all'?
And: I've a friend who lives in BC Canada. In voice chat, we always laugh that our vocabulary... rubs off on each other.

Thank you for your part in the creation of some of my favorite games.

Do I have issues with the game(s)? Of course. Can I review the game(s), pointing out what I liked and disliked? Of course. Should I target the team, or any one member of the team, that created the game(s)? NO. That is *wrong*.

Yes, me too! I would LOVE to see Wil here. I followed him on Twitter because I loved seeing his posts, and I know I would love them here, but it is important he do what he feels is best for HIM. I've loved him since we were both kids, and always will.

Our 1st place didn't have a fridge, so we bought one. When we had to move less than a year later, we brought it with us- but the place already had a fridge. Our next move- same thing. This loyal Guess I'm A Garage Drink Fridge Now has served us well, through many LA (state, not city) disasters.
