I am so so sorry for your loss. It's insane how bad it hurts... My brother believes they become our guardian angels, which I find to be very comforting thought, even if it isn't true...

Wow, I can't believe the similarities in our situations. I am so sorry that you are experiencing a similar loss. It is indeed excruciating... No matter how old the kids may be now, telling them the news was so heartwrenching...

That's cool! I can't remember where I heard the girlfriend part... I just saw him play on 9/12 and am still recovering from a broken ankle I got in the parking lot after leaving the show. Anytime anybody asks me what happened, my story always ends with, "But it was worth it!" 🤘
