I changed out the switches of my mechanical keyboard (Nuphy Air75) for the very first time, ever. Took me over 45 minutes to do so. it was an exciting experience.
For those interested, I changed over from the Aloe switches to the Wisteria ones. They feel much better to my fingers now.

I do not use use Apple Mail, so I can't comment with surety. However, maybe this setting will turn off those summaries?
