So yes, don't let editing sidetrack you from drafting. But it's rewarding and so helpful in small doses.

I start almost all my writing sessions by revising the last thing I wrote. It's an easy entrance back into the tone and mindset of my work when I struggle to pick up where I left off, and it works 10x better than stopping mid-sentence (which my ADHD brain can never remember how I wanted to continue)

Clocking in at 528! My goal is either 1,200 or finishing the current chapter, whichever comes first.
