Watched the first 3 episodes of season 6 and the show seems to get better again.
I weep for Hvitserk. My heart hurts seeing him so miserable.
Loved Seeing Ivar travelling and learning so much in the Silk road. He's so cute with Igor. But he's still a little shit.
Enough ramblings for now.

Watched the first 3 episodes of season 6 and the show seems to get better again.
I weep for Hvitserk. My heart hurts seeing him so miserable.
Loved Seeing Ivar travelling and learning so much in the Silk road. He's so cute with Igor. But he's still a little shit.

It doesn't help having Ivar for a brother, that's for sure.

And I know they wanted Ivar to be the villain in this season but somehow it seemed to me they did that in a very clumsy way. A cruel but smart villain is so much scarier than a violent rage-y one.

Also all the killing off of interesting characters in England... what was that about? Heahmund, Aethelred, Magnus...Were they afraid they didnt get another season and wanted to "finish up" stuff?
I really did enjoy the Interactions between Ubbe and Alfred though - sadly not enough of those.

I did not care for the Floki Storyline even though I really like the character.
I ended up skipping most of it.

That is such a stupid take. You can make art with a pencil and a piece of printer papier. Most of us started that way.
