like I understand, his goal was to be the perfect lawyer and to be rich and famous and everything, but I don’t know. It just seemed kind of far-fetched and it could’ve been fleshed out a lot better.

I think the concept behind it is really cool like Phoenix spent all that time trying to get Kristoph to crack but the motive being purely jealousy is just… weird! like i kinda get it but jealousy doesn’t make you stalk and murder people.
