Same. I had just started and after a few months Byrne was off to DC. So no context as I had only read comics and not any trade stuff. (Every quarter was being saved to get another book.) All I knew was the Marvel comics I was getting were great and Jim Shooter was in charge.

Was Shooter that bad? I know he was legendarily difficult but really was he that bad?

We could take action I suppose. With the current administration JTF2 might be much, maybe a pack of CubScouts on a three day sugar high?
