Yesterday I made pimiento cheese; this morning I make mushrooms, which are one of my favorite components of a traditional English breakfast. For recent batches I’ve used white mushrooms but I really need to use baby Bellas next time.

I am not a southerner (my dad being from Huntington WV notwithstanding), but being sane, I love many Southern delicacies, and it’s been too long since I made a batch of one of my favorites: pimiento cheese. Looking forward to this after a few hours in the fridge.
