This is the political narrative in general, however, there is a special perversion this administration brings to the table. We are soo far down the road of sensationalism that anything normal feels false.

It's time to filibuster like no other.

Of course not. We need to educate people to vote. Not just based on their personal ideologies but on sound, informed, intelligent information. Thats going to require all media outlets to be truthful and honest. It's going to require all of us to use a lot of discernment.

Scott, you should post the entire memorandum. You intentionally left out the second page that explains the exemptions.
Let me be clear, I do not support the Trump administration. Also, I do not support weak, poor, manipulative journalism that feeds false narratives. We have to do better.

Let me preface by saying that in no way do support the Trump administration, but withholding the second page of the memorandum that clearly outlines exemptions is poor taste and manipulative. Our representatives need to do better than playing these types of games.

Maybe now we can understand why previous administrations wanted more regulation with crypto.

The democratic party created this mess. They are just as culpable as the republicans, not holding their party together. We didn't want Biden. But the parties are insular. They cannot see past their nose. We get exactly what we create. That's the flow of karma. This isn't even democracy at this point

By opening yourself up to discussion with your constituents, you relinquish a part of the power, and control of the narrative. They are not smart enough to handle real-time, real questions.
