Please do not forget that it’s been just a few days since Premier Smith celebrated tariffs as a “big win”.

Parts of Canada feeling the devastating effects of automotive, aluminum, and steel tariffs? Not a win.

Stock market crashing? Not a win.

On Fox, Lutnick said America needs to take the temperature down in its trade war in Canada, then proceeded to say that America should keep tariffing all steel, aluminium, and cars — AND THEY'RE GOING TO ADD COPPER.

That says Canada needs to integrate into the U.S. 🤦‍♂️
Lutnick: "The best way to actually merge the economies of Canada and the United States is for Canada to become our 51st state ... Canada is gonna have to work with us to really integrate their economy, and as the president said, they should consider the amazing advantages of being the 51st state."
