Texas’s police slogan, apparently:

But this isn’t an ordinary police car; it’s actually one of the Decepticons, an alien race of robots that can transform into vehicles, tanks, and planes, and want to destroy the human race. Instead of the police slogan of “to protect and serve” on the side of the car, this deceptive “police car” robot betrays its agenda with the altered slogan: “to punish and enslave”. Could easily be a statement about police in conservative states tracking down women who travel out of the state to get an illicit abortion.

We used to have two of those garden pests… one would stand on his hind legs and eat cherries off of lower tree branches while the other helped himself to zucchini, bell peppers, beans, and once, a whole pumpkin.
A blond Labrador stands on his hind legs with the help of a parked farm utility vehicle and stretches up to snack on low-hanging cherries from a tree.
