The hard truth of our chosen profession is that you spend untold years writing scripts that no one may ever read or see as a show. We write stories, blueprints for dream castles, hoping we can one day build them. If someone said I could only make one show in our career, this is the one I'd choose.

Starting my yearly SDCC planning. No panels as far as I can tell (unless someone needs me/us). So, what's in the works this year? Who's going, who's staying home? Who isn't aware what SDCC is?

Can someone teach me how to social media in the 'new world'? Am I required to post every thought, feeling, and action I have every minute of every day?

I seem to have forgotten how to do things.

Can anyone get 2 poor Trek writers on the Trek cruise next year? Please and thank you.

Two more weeks, no weight on it, then a slow transition to walking without crutches.

I had elective heel surgery. I can now talk about my strike injury the way vets talk about their war wounds (not really. I just walked too much in ill-fitting shoes. Hardly the same thing.)

Thanks to all who have found me and followed. Working on catching up on following back. Gonna take some time. I feel lost without my writer lists, which I curated for over 16 years at the other place. Starting over is hard.
