I am concerned about the trauma our children are going to experience when ICE agents come into a classroom and take a classmate in front of their friends who they will potentially never see again. I honestly don’t think I the words to help my children make sense of that loss.

Mercy for Refugees

With water bombers I think: What good is a little bit of water going to do? With all that fire!

I ask the same question when it comes to love: What good is a little bit of love going to do? With all that hate!

But water works.
Love works.

We must believe it and not give up!

In response to the critique that Bishop Budde’s message was too political , why do folks think Christ was crucified by Religious leaders in collaboration the Roman military occupation. The sacred and secular have always had moments of intersectionality.
