It's a funny name but a fun little stitch pattern (just a bit of remembering what stitch you need next but it uses only 2 stitches at least!!)

But the best thing you can learn are the start up stitches which is the chain single, half double and double (usa terms) and when you learn those three it's really easy to get more into patterns

I recommend granny squares they are easy and fun to build up! I also like the crunch stitch which is a very pretty stitch for solid colors. :)
