So wonderful to experience beautiful moments with the #specialone, who continues to be a rock, friend and confidant! He surprised me by arriving in #SouthAfrica on my birthday last week. A special connection who occupies a very large part of my life!

It’s been a long year. Many changes, valuable lessons and meaningful connections. As we approach another world #AIDSDay, I am grateful for seeing another year as I celebrate those on whose shoulders I, and so many others walk! Our struggles are not done! @unaids.bsky.social

I am at #ILGAWorld in #CapeTown this week. Global solidarity and cohesion amongst #LGBTQI community is needed now more than ever. We have to resist, collaborate, coordinate against the evil that is #antirights #antigender. Together we can! We must!
