A convicted felon AND a Constitutionally-banned insurrectionist: being a felon didn't PREVENT him from being elected, but being an insurrectionist ABSOLUTELY DOES under Amendment XIV § 3; and all the contortions by Roberts' Seditious6 don't make the LITERAL LANGUAGE of our Constitution less valid.
