At FRLD's 6th Board Meeting held in Cebu, Philippines, developing nations and civil society came together to demand rich nations to pay up, and disburse climate finance as grants, not loans.

Essentially, no country has received any climate finance yet, even as global temperatures breached the 1.5°C threshold in 2024.
