The Memphis Escape Room company is excellent. I absolutely LOVED Magician's Code. Go play! #escapegame

I completed my final locally available game with The Escape Game - Sabotage. We played against the computer and it was a different type of game. Fun, but all in one room. I think I like their traditional escape games better, but they did a great job celebrating a birthday on our team! Love TEG!

A dream came true and I got to do a preview demo game for Legend of the Yeti at The Escape Game! it was, legend-waitforit-dary. 10/10 atmosphere, some unique and fun puzzles I hadn't seen before, and a genuinely good time had by all! #escapegame #theescapegame

The record for the longest floor speech in the history of the United States Senate is no longer held by a segregationist who was, at the time, filibustering the Civil Rights Act. Surely, we can *all* celebrate that fact.

Well, we were 1/2 today at two fun escape rooms. First - Masters of Magic -Gatlin's Escape Games . Incredible scenery, magical puzzles, but we did not escape. Second room: Poker in the President's Bunker at Great Escapes Room. Older game with more manual locks but it was fun - we managed to escape!

1. There are no escape rooms in Antigua .
2. There are no United Methodist (Or Methodist) Churches in Antigua.
3. I feel uniquely equipped for this challenge
4. If it all collapses one day, I shall make 1 and 2 happen.
5. Until then there's a decent outdoor scavenger hunt in Antigua on Questo

I'm thinking we need an escape room made with the IP of Apple TV's Silo. That would be epic.

TheoEd on Sunday was such a delight. I am so grateful for the speakers and their moving words, the volunteers and their time, Candler and the Foundry for it's vision of bringing this to the world. amen. I'm still thinking about these talks. They resonated so.

Third show of our weekend was & Juliet. Had low expectations since it was a jukebox musical but was blown away by the creativity, humor, and R&J rewrite. Phenomenal vocals even at a Sunday matinee. Heartwarming!

Escape room #2 of our NYC trip- Escape the Room The Clocktower. It was an enjoyable room with lots of variety of puzzles that has a few mechanics that needs to be improved. We found this through Morty!

I'm echoing the words of Rev. Childers here. I worked as a field coordinator for Imagine No Malaria and was there for the INM Days on the Hill where we visited with our leaders about the power of global health. It is just heart-breaking to watch us dismantle decades of good work. #beumc
America Declares: “NOT MY PROBLEM!”
The Rev. Clayton Childers recalls a time when people of faith advocated for compassion with U.S. Congress representatives and senators. Now he has no idea whether to expect compassion from the U.S. go...
