AEW fans gaslight themselves into believing there is a “constant attack” against AEW when in reality its an echo chamber of one person seeing a tweet and then everyone memeing and complaining about it.

If you take a look outside of your bubble…Actually all of these things are discussed often. And similarly, there are just as much petty criticism about WWE as well. The difference is, I take all criticism as its written. Not as a directed smear campaign against either company.

Then treat petty criticism like it is and ignore it. Why would you spend time complaining about petty criticism when this is a wholly new space. And then complain about people discussing the criticism like they won’t have anything to say back.

I like to criticize all media i watch. Again I liked the show. But the IWC has a problem with any criticism because they feel like its blaming the company when its all just criticism of the product itself. Different strokes for different folks i guess. No big deal

Kenny Omega has stated before that he doesn’t like bouncy rings and there are multiple points in the opening bout when the bounce in the ring caused spots to be botched. I wanna be clear that I loved the match (i gave it 5 stars) and I don’t blame AEW for the compromise. But it did cause issues.

The event was great. The ring was clearly causing problems though and if you can’t accept that then you just can’t accept any criticism about AEW.

I love Josh Alexander and i would love to see him in WWE but his heart is set on the G1 and if he’s gonna make it there it’s gotta be through AEW. Can’t wait to see more Jordynne Grace tho 🙏

I don’t think the G1 should be the standards by any means. But it certainly demonstrates the point that everyone behind the scenes seem to have of him. He really believes the hype when in reality he’s just a dime-a-dozen spot monkey move stealer.

He’s a goofy uncreative moron stealing moves from better wrestlers. I don’t think we’ve seen a bigger example of an industry plant in pro wrestling since Shane McMahon.
