Heading home after ERS 2025 in Amsterdam. Grateful for the chance to connect with so many amazing people, clinicians, researchers, and patient orgs—all working to move ILD care forward. Every conversation reminded me how collaboration truly makes a difference. Inspired and hopeful for what’s ahead.

Imitation isn’t flattery — it’s theft.

Ideas, content, and creative work take heart, time, and energy.
If you’re inspired, give credit. If you build on it, acknowledge it.

Know the signs of pulmonary fibrosis: shortness of breath, dry cough, fatigue, crackling lungs, or clubbed fingers.

Early detection matters — talk to your doctor.

We come from a country where diversity is strength and resilience runs deep. That’s why I dream boldly, not just for me, but for the communities I serve. With compassion, courage, and collaboration, big dreams can become real change. Let’s get to work.

I am Canadian—because my parents sacrificed everything to start over in a country that promised opportunity but demanded resilience. They faced barriers, and gave up so much so I could dream without limits. To every child of immigrants: our roots run deep, our stories matter. #WeAreCanada

Every year, we make resolutions only to abandon them. This year, mine is to closely follow politicians and vote for those who truly serve the people—not themselves. I'm tired of leaders chasing perks while we struggle. Let’s elect those who fight for us in the rooms we can’t be in.

Emerald Chinese Restaurant still serves dim sum the traditional way—with carts! My family has been coming here since 1997, and we celebrated our first Christmas here in honor of my Dad.
COVID hit them hard, but their dim sum is among the best I've had worldwide. Let’s support this gem!

Health challenges rarely happen in isolation. Pulmonary fibrosis often overlaps with other conditions like cancer, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease—and treatments for one can impact another. Breaking down silos between patient organizations and disease areas is vital.
