Love this thought by Janice Marturano, author of Finding the Space to Lead.

Your life treasures are the experiences of people that nourish you, bring you joy and keep you connected to what really matters.

Keep them close this season.

Best wishes for the holidays.

Let's create more space to listen. Not to offer advice, fix anything. Only listen and create space for others. Best of the season.

I do not believe work life balance is possible. We can find those ways to harmonize life.

Do you strive to find those ways to blend the melodic rhythm in the dance of life, where work is one part?

In our busyness sometimes we miss seeing the beauty in others.

What if we started to notice more?

Create the space to share the difference someone made.

Celebrate the good in others and share with them what you noticed.

Be kind
Be patient
Be nourished in all you do.

I have been surprized how much the passing of Robert Redford has saddened me. I am incredibly grateful by all the great work he did, along with inspiring each of us to use our talents to help lift others.

Sharing our recent newsletter. What if we found those ways to hold onto that feeling of summer? Approached the fall with creating greater flexibility that creates more space for rest and hope.

Are we creating space to celebrate our strengths and what makes us unique?

Our Camelia bush is in full bloom.
Some blooms are similar.

This one is unique.

In discovering our unique gifts we can make a difference in a way that aligns with our values and purpose.

Kindness goes such a long way. Today I was driving to Ladysmith and stopped at Chevron just outside of Nanoose. This lovely lady had a great bumper sticker "Caution: Driver Singing" We had a great conversation. She then gave me a plant. I then gave her cookies. A great start to a Friday : )

As you look forward to the weekend, in what ways can you support local?

When I hold events and have a table at a tradeshow I love to create a draw prize featuring local businesses. Featured this draw prize a few years ago. Imagine the difference we could make by supporting local business more.
