Thanks to you, we knew well in advance of this storm, and how big it was going to be. It's sad that people think that these are hyped up and suffer from a lack of preparedness. We got hammered here on South Vancouver Island, but oh man, down your way looks like a war zone.

I live in Victoria, hoping it'll take out my neighbour's bigleaf maples that block the sun but also hoping they miss my house. Seriously, South Vancouver Island could get punched in the face by this one bigtime.
