No quarrel. I saw a response to something that I agree using that quote & triggered me. People has used that quote with me before, when I have tried to express discomfort for a social situation im going through. Instead of being helpful like the quote is, it has felt like gaslighting.

Yes, i agree. Violence and negativity can generate more. But I also believe expressing disappointment is valid as well. Non violence doesn’t mean being silent. You can be very outspoken in a non violent way. I wish the same to you! Have a nice day!
