#Cleveland - The lower level of the Veterans Memorial Bridge fading into a reading room of the Main Library of the Cleveland Public Library system. Arches serve to lift the eye (and spirit) upwards to a higher plane/ideal. The symbolism holds true with these two beautiful structures.
