the color change is due to the water content evaporating out of the acrylic vehicle. Acrylic very generally is a milky white while wet and dries to a clear transparent coat.

I would for sure love this, but I don't see the pathway to this outcome. It's been tried many times so far in my lifetime with little to show for it. Agitating from within, as the DSA has had some limited success doing, is a flawed strategy for sure but it's also the most successful.
