Much more needs to be done to support shared owners trapped in the building safety crisis.
The last 15 months have seen no real progress.
Accelerating remediation means little without resolving the issues. Their plans will do nothing to help people any time soon.

In July the @UKHouseofLords adopted an amendment to protect shared owners who are accidental landlords.
The Govt is expected to reject it.
It will level decisively the playing field between landlord and tenant and transform the experience of private renting.
England’s 11 million private renters need it to receive Royal Assent as quickly as possible.
