Earlier this year, we commissioned polling to understand how everyday savers felt about low pay. The data showed that people want retailers to pay their staff a real Living Wage – and they are willing to act if these companies fall short.

This is a graph that shows the consumer reactions when asking them if it's important for M&S, Next and JD Sports to pay their staff the real Living Wage. The results show this is something more consumers care about.
