Most organizations rely on word of mouth when hiring cos it's an easy shortcut. This is future reputational risk in context of data, especially for alien conditions. Hire empathetic leaders, employees with diverse skills + strong ethics. It's really that simple ! #DataPrivacy

UK finance industry (City) hypes its contribution to the economy.

Claims it paid £110.2bn tax. FALSE.

Income tax, employee NIC, VAT is borne by others.

Finance industry paid £48.3bn tax.

In a 15 year period, it made NEGATIVE £4,500bn contribution to economy.
