You raise a fantastic point! People just want to be heard + believed. When pub health communicators insist on denying someone’s 1st person experience bec of ”the science“ (there’s no RCT about it) they lose credibility that’s nearly impossible to regain. Better to admit there’s a lot we don’t know.
