Backsliding, or realism? Because that was never going to happen in 9 years, it was a pie in the sky number in the first place. Not just the vehicles existing but the infrastructure to handle them.

Oh this is going to be good. They aren't inexperienced chucklefucks like most of this administration, they'll shred the GOP questioners. *gets popcorn ready*

I knew all the stuff about the Nazi scientists and bringing them here resulting in the atom bomb but I didn't know they left people in jail. But considering Britain imprisoned and chemically castrated the man who invented the first computer and broke the Nazis codes for them, I am not surprised :(

Her bodyguards need to do better, he should never have gotten that close to her. I'm glad it wasn't acid or anything and that's she's ok. She's also a badass!

Disabled people were the FIRST people they went after, why on earth should they step aside.
January 28, 2026 at 2:56 AM
Step aside from from what? It's a fact they were also victims of the Holocaust, so why wouldn't they be mentioned on Holocaust Day? Which is the day Auschwitz was liberated and not Jewish specific in the first place. I'm just saying all should be remembered and honoured.

I hope they go on strike. I hope everyone does, even non union, a general strike would bring the Goverment to its knees and remind them who the power really lies with. The people. I know it's not so easy to do in the US though. :(
January 27, 2026 at 11:01 PM
Well said. But please don't forget that it wasn't just Jewish people who were murdered. The disabled were the first to go, and LGBTQ people. Anyone they found undesirable basically, and there were millions of those victims as well who deserve to be remembered. All the victims do. Lest we forget :(
