We didn’t stay together due to my stupidity, but because of him, I went back to college, got my degree and changed my circumstances.
I still love him all these years later and will forever be thankful for the influence he had on my life.

I dated a man 11 years ago. He was the most intelligent man I’ve ever known. During that time I lived paycheck to paycheck and felt like I was nothing. This man loved me like no one has before. And he believed in me when no one else did. He didn’t care about my circumstances, he only cared about me.
