Have now reached the point where I actively dread thinking about Law and Order. Which means I just have the conclusion to left to write before the draft is done!
My dissertation chapters are done when I'm so sick of the show I couldn't possibly write another word. I'm very close to the end of this one and am developing some resentment towards Olivia Benson lol

Chronic illness has zapped all my energy the past few weeks so I'm proud that I managed to pull together a single open-call abstract for SCMS.
Hoping for the best as I didn't have any luck submitting open call last year.

Been enjoying Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney. My favorite aspect is that in lieu of a house band, they have Richard Kind standing on the side of the stage to chuckle every so often.

It feels increasingly strange to take up space online as a “semi-fun tv person” when my international colleagues on campus are shoring up their immigration documents in case they get stopped by ICE.
