The primary project on which the postdoc will work is a federally-funded clinical trial in which patients with BPD will received personalized treatment based on their personality elevations. You would be a study assessor or therapist!

Personality Dimensions are, by definition, not categorical. They are processes that functionally maintain symptoms and can be targeted in treatment. So, this approach is complementary to process based therapies - just focusing on personality as the mechanism to target!
