This was in reference to when Obama had the audacity to wear a tan suit at a press conference. The GOP went absolutely crazy over it. There is even a Wiki article about it. Seriously. Go look.

Kinda wild how passionately certain folks will insist that the 2nd Amendment must be recognized as a "Constitutional Right" to the fullest extent possible, but then seemingly view other Amendments as mere suggestions to be ignored.
