I use Kerrygold as spreading butter, not as baking or cooking. I think it’s good, but can’t say I’d notice the difference if used in a dish rather than slathered on top of a piece of bread. For the cost, I want to taste it!

How does one pronounce it? Or do you? Is it one of those things that only works as written because no one would understand you if you said it out loud? I read it as “us-ee-uns”

For me, the time of year dictates the temp of the water. Late-fall to mid-spring I’m drinking warm water almost exclusively. But not from the tap, I boil it and cool it with chilled water, or let it cool like tea.

Mostly, I love that my college age kid invites me into her life in these fun and small ways 💕

At the end, I got to give a nice little life lesson about how people change over time and sometimes friendships (or other types of relationships) don’t survive the changes, and that’s ok. It’s life. 3/

I’ve been there, Darren, and I applaud both your efforts and your kiddo’s willingness to sit through 2 hours of home tutoring. That’s a testament to you both. My kid lasts 15 minutes with me, tops! I hope something clicks for her and she gets it.
