I have both English and French support on my phone, because I msg with some friends in French (to practice French). English is set as first preference, & the only language for Outlook, yet it keeps deciding the UI should be PARTLY French... Bof, j'abandonne, j'écrirais tous mes e-mails en français.
English selected as the first preferred language in Android settings English set specifically as the language for Outlook in the app-specific Android language settings An event in Outlook, giving the day of the week in English, but listing repeat frequency and conflicts in French Outlook showing the name of the month in English, but giving French abbreviations for days of the week.
